My characters are doing crazy things already! I'm in to 8000 words, still ahead of the word count. I did take the night off, kind of, last night. I did manage to get 1000 more words in just to keep in touch with the novel. I am very much looking forward to this weekend. I almost feel, and it may be too soon to tell yet, that i will go over 50000 words with no problem. I haven't even gotten started with my male character and his adventures because i have been having so much fun building up my female character. and she keeps surprising me!
Two days ago she went home with a coy boy she met in a bar and yesterday had to go to work hungover. Oh, the scene today is going to be good. She is going to think she gets some dirt on her boss. Mean while. my male character is still dumbfounded that he got a bonus at work....i've just kind of let him marinade on this for a while.
