Today is Saturday. I work up at 7:20 realizing that A, it is Saturday and i didn't have to go to work (yay!) B, it is Saturday and Baden let me sleep in (double yay! and C, it is Saturday and woke up in my own bed (triple yay!). It's funny what you miss when being away from home two weekends in a row.
So it is Saturday and I had all day to write. Seriously, I had nothing else to do today but write. We didn't have to be anywhere today at all. Jeff even went downtown to use the printer so I had time to myself. I would like to say that i got so far ahead in the word count I don't have to write again until the middle of next week, but that's not the case. And anyway, you shouldn't ignore your novel for days at a time, you lose track of each other and when you come face to face again, you may not recognize each other at all.
So, we got the kitchen back in order as we have not seen ants for about three days. The water pressure was low in the shower, so Jeff fixed that (a clog in the netting, he is so smart!).
Then i did dishes, laundry, filtered the fish tank, watered the plants and made the bed. Also cleaned up a little, or our bedroom and the kitchen was as far I was able to get. My cough is still trying to slow me down. Also read two chapters in Harry Potter book 7 so I'm getting along with keeping my book count up. And fit in a workout!
It's been a good Saturday.
I have been loving all over my female character almost all week. I know lots about her. The male character, I was just letting him hang out for a while until i could figure him out better. And tonight, i think it got it.
11000 plus words, Almost a Rock Star!
