End of 2010

So, I've been wanting to do this for a while:

Awesome Things in 2010:
Got the letter that I'm getting Published in Chicken Soup for the Soul book!
Bought and paid off my new (to me) car!
Made a trip to Kentucky to see Jon-5 and Whitney and laughed the whole weekend!
Met and played with Jake and Whitney's baby, Savannah.
Read 53 books (two were children's books, bu eh) in 52 weeks (more will be posted about this later, the list of books and the number of pages)
Finished rough draft of novel number three!
Took my niece Hailie to the beach for the first time!
Re-learned to play Magic (the card game)
Had an awesome "girl weekend" with my mom and aunt (and sis in law and best friend, and my possible future sis in law were all there too)
NetFlix is on the Wii, we watch lots of documentaries we would other wise be missing.
Went to my first Wine Festival.
Met my mom's boyfriend's daughter and her kids. (were told husband and I were "naturals" when it came to kids.
Painted the hallway upstairs and the white walls in the orange room. (weird, we painted so many rooms the first year we had the house).
Got to meet Jeff's cousin's twin girls (oh so cute!)
Went to Canada! Best vacation ever, even though it was so cold.
went to brewery and had lots of samples
hiked in the Canadian Rockies
saw Bare Naked Ladies in concert
hung out with Jo and Sara in their new place
as far west and north as i've been
Had New years in Raleigh at Jake and Whitney's house
We were able to see everyone at Christmas, even in a snow storm and 12 hours of traveling and 1000 miles on my car.
